My eyes become transfixed

on the glittering shades of blue

The sun warming my skin

evaporating any worry from my body

A light salty breeze blows my hair

and all my troubles away

The sound of waves crashing against the shore

cleansing my anxious soul

I can feel the calm in my lungs

my shoulders letting go

My feet lazily moving

against the white crumbling sand

And my hand on his
